INTERNATIONAL CONTRACT AGREEMENTS

International Contract Documents

Section (5100) executes practically in co-operation with central state administration bodies (as sources of financial backing) bilateral and multilateral support to the states of the Western Balkan region (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia) which the Czech government established, in compliance with designs and objectives of the EU foreign policy, as priorities, and co-ordinates further co-operation with European and non-European states, that wish to develop mutually beneficial collaboration with the Czech Republic, namely within the scope of activities of the Czech Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing (ÚNMZ), which are metrology, testing and standardisation. UNMZ has still established co-operation under above mentioned principles in some of its fields of action with following states: Bulgaria, Romania (presently already EU member states), Moldavia, Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, China, Kazakhstan, Syria, Turkey, and Uzbekistan.

 

Particular examples of successful actions of previous bilateral and multilateral co-operation of the UNMZ with the aforementioned countries may be found here.

Republic, the Centre of Building Construction Engineering, Czech Republic and the Constructions Institute, Albania in the field of Construction Products' testing

24 May 2010 This Memorandum shall enter into force upon signature by the Parties and remain in force for five (5) years, unless terminated earlier by either Party upon ninety (90) days by written notice to the other party This Memorandum may be modified or extended by written agreements of the Parties.

The termination of this Memorandum shall not affect the validity or duration of projects under this Memorandum that are initiated prior to the termination.
