The development of the legislation in the area of conformity assessment of products following New Legislative Framework bring along an amendment to Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on Technical Requirements for Products and on Amendments to some Acts, as amended, which shall enter into force on 20 July 2011. For reasons of ease of use is here entirely reproduced working consolidated text of the Act, as amended (till 19 July 1011), as well as the working consolidated text of the Act after the entry into the force of the last amendment (Act No. 34/2011 Coll., shall enter into force on 20 July 2011).
