   11. Place, time limit and method of appeal against the decision of the entity pursuant to Section 15 of Act No. 106/1999 Coll.:

   The decision of the Office to refuse the request may be appealed against within 15 days of the delivery of the decision (or after the expiry of the time limit for processing the request). The appeal shall be lodged with the Office and shall be decided by the Ministry of Industry and Trade within 15 days of the submission of the appeal by the Office. There shall be no appeal from the decision on the appeal. The decision to refuse the request is reviewable by a court under Act No 150/2002 Coll., Code of Administrative Court Procedure.

   An appeal may be lodged:

   1. orally on the record or in writing at the Office for Standards, Metrology and Testing, Biskupský dvůr 5, 110 00 Prague 1;
   2. via an electronic form signed with an advanced electronic signature;
   3. by other technical means (e.g. electronically without an advanced electronic signature), if completed within 5 days in the manner referred to in point (a) or (b).
