On 2 October 2017, a request was sent to the EC for compliance with the requirements for the adopted full texts of the notified regulations. This is related to the new full translations of the final texts of the technical regulations since 2016 to compare the original drafts and the final texts. The cooperation of the EU Member States is required for the effective implementation of the translation. The CMA hereby requests the cooperation of the members of the Sub-Commission for Directive 2015/1535/EU in the Czech Republic.
